  1. Product structure and composition:

  This therapeutic device consists of a main unit, a treatment cap, an output cable, a power cord, and electrodes. The electrodes are divided into a primary electrode for EEG and secondary electrodes for the limbs; the electrode patches are purchased from externally sourced, registered or filed products.

  2. Normal operating conditions for the therapeutic device:

  Working environment: Temperature: 5℃ to 40℃; Relative humidity: 10% to 80%.

  Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa to 106 kPa

  Power supply voltage: AC 220V ±10%; Power supply frequency: 50Hz ±1Hz

  3. Output modes: The product offers four different output modes to choose from, allowing for tailored treatment based on varying degrees of symptom severity.

  (1) Magnetotherapy section

  The treatment intensity is divided into two levels: weak level, 3 mT–9 mT; strong level, 10 mT–17 mT. The magnetic field frequency is 50 Hz ± 30%.

  (2) Micro-vibration function: The intensity is adjustable in four levels—off, weak, medium, and strong. The corresponding pulse amplitudes of the driving voltage for these four levels are 0V, 10V, 16V, and 27V, respectively, with an accuracy of ±30%. The frequency is also adjustable in four levels—off, weak, medium, and strong. The corresponding frequencies for these four levels are 0Hz, 2Hz, 5Hz, and 10Hz, respectively, with an accuracy of ±30%.

  (3) Main-pole electrotherapy

  The maximum voltage peak when the output is open-circuited shall not exceed 200 Vp-p.

  Main pole: In standard mode, the peak output current IP—P at maximum intensity is referenced to 40 mAP—P; the measured value can vary within the range of 32 to 48 mAP—P. The fundamental frequencies are 23.81 Hz, 15.87 Hz, 15.87 Hz, and 11.90 Hz. The output frequency is an irregular waveform and cannot be set; however, the amplitude of the main pole output is adjustable.

  (4) Auxiliary electrode electrotherapy:

  ① There are a total of ten limb therapy modalities available, tailored to different levels of physical motor impairment.

  ② Under modes 01-10, taking the peak output current IP—P at maximum intensity—72 mAP—P—as a reference, the measured values can range from 62 to 82 mAP—P.

  Change; auxiliary electrode fundamental frequency: 4000 Hz ±15%. The auxiliary electrode can output 10 different biomimetic flows. The output amplitude of the auxiliary electrode is adjustable.

  4. Output Standards: Three independent output channels—1 channel for magnetic therapy output; 1 channel for bilateral limb electrotherapy output; and 1 channel for bilateral EEG output. The EEG and body signals are provided via separate output channels, and it is not permitted to simultaneously output EEG and limb signals on the same channel.

  The transcranial magnetic-electric therapy device, developed over many years by the company’s research team, utilizes an alternating magnetic field generated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to create a constant, three-dimensional superimposed electric field within the skull. This electric field acts on the brain’s microcirculatory system, inducing weak currents at specific sites, thereby modulating the brain’s bioelectrical activity, altering the activity of neurotransmitter-secretion enzyme systems, enhancing cell membrane permeability, promoting the exchange of substances across the cell membrane, and facilitating various biochemical reactions such as synthesis and decomposition. It also accelerates the synthesis and release of monoamine neurotransmitters in the nervous system, induces and strengthens alpha brain waves, and activates brain cells that are currently in an inhibited state.
   Indications
  1. Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases: cerebral thrombosis, lacunar infarction, vascular dementia, cerebral ischemia, cerebral arteriosclerosis, and epilepsy.
  2. Disorders related to the nervous system: migraine, neurasthenia, insomnia, cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, brain atrophy, depression, and burnout syndrome.
  3. Diseases associated with cerebral palsy in children: motor disorders, postural abnormalities, intellectual disabilities, language impairments, visual and auditory impairments, growth and developmental delays, dental development issues, and emotional and behavioral disorders.
  4. Diseases related to traumatic brain injury: concussion, cerebral contusion and laceration, post-traumatic sequelae, recovery phase after cerebral hemorrhage, hypoxic brain injury, and toxic brain injury.
