This May marks the fourth National Civil Code Publicity Month. To further optimize the rule-of-law business environment and enhance enterprises’ awareness of legal risk prevention, a special public legal education campaign titled “Bringing the Civil Code into Enterprises” was held in the third-floor conference room of the Henan Guojian Medical Research and Development Building. During the event, themed “Delivering the ‘Code’ to Enterprises: Legal Protection for the Business Environment,” activities were organized around three key areas—addressing enterprises’ legal needs, resolving disputes and conflicts, and promoting rule-of-law publicity—to support the dissemination of the Regulations of Henan Province on Optimizing the Business Environment and the Regulations of Shangqiu City on Optimizing the Business Environment, foster the development of new-quality productive forces, and provide robust legal safeguards for high-quality development.
Xue Yizeng, Chairman of Henan Guojian Group, Che Zhilong, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Liangyuan District, legal expert Jin Xiangyu, along with other leaders and colleagues, attended this event.
At the commencement of the event, Chairman Xue Yizeng extended a warm welcome to all the distinguished leaders and colleagues in attendance and underscored the necessity of bringing “classical legal texts” into enterprises to provide legal protection for the business environment. Under the safeguard of the law, the business environment continues to improve: enterprises now have clearer codes of conduct, competition has become fairer and more orderly, and disputes are resolved through appropriate channels, thereby smoothing the path for corporate development.
At the conclusion of the event, the Chairman of Henan Guojian Medical Group once again underscored the importance of bringing the Civil Code into enterprises to safeguard and promote business development. The rule of law is the best business environment; through this targeted public legal education campaign—“Bringing the Civil Code into Enterprises”—not only have relevant enterprises been helped to prevent and resolve legal risks in key areas such as labor employment, workplace safety, and environmental protection, thereby fostering a more stable, fair, and transparent rule-of-law-based business environment, but also, thanks to a series of accessible and tangible public legal education initiatives, specific legal issues arising in the course of business operations have been effectively addressed, enhancing the sense of gain and satisfaction among business entities and employees alike.
