The company’s R&D projects have successively been granted three utility model patents—“a traction bed,” “a cancer-fighting physical accelerator,” and “a focused-beam surgical device”—with another 20 patent applications pending approval. The company has also obtained 24 certificates of copyright registration for computer software and established the Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Health and Wellness Care Systems. In 2020, the Guojian team achieved outstanding results in the Henan regional competition of the 9th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition with their project, “Research and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Therapy for Hypertension.” Concurrently, the company’s R&D team initiated the establishment of the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Digital Intelligent Rehabilitation Medical Devices, which was approved by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2020. Furthermore, the research and industrialization project on an intelligent TCM diagnostic robot was selected as a major provincial, municipal, and district-level science-and-technology special project under the “Science and Technology Empowering the Economy” initiative for 2020, and the construction of a key production facility for this intelligent TCM diagnostic robot has been included by the Henan Provincial Government as a priority project within the province’s emerging industrial chain.
